- For digital download products that don't require physical shipping, Exound Pro Audio is honoured to provide quality service to customers in other regions worldwide.
- After placing an order, download links/activation codes for these digital products will be delivered to the customer's email address.
- Whilst our digital products don't require physical shipping, they do undergo a manual processing procedure by our team members, which includes order verification and activation document preparation. This process can cause a brief delay.
Order Processing
- All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- A shipping notification email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched

- Orders under £20: £4.99 shipping fee
- Orders £20 and above: FREE shipping
European Union Orders
- Orders under £20: £4.99 shipping fee
- Orders £20 and above: FREE shipping
- Convert to other currencies using real-time exchange rates based on the pound sterling
- Due to differences in local logistics costs among EU countries, shipping fees for some countries may differ from the above. Please check the right amount at checkout
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery time to UK and EU addresses: 6-12 calendar days

Important Notes
- Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom and European Union
- Delivery times start from the date of dispatch, not the order date
- During peak periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer
- Customs duties or import taxes are already included in the listing price of the goods, so please rest assured. The customs clearance procedures will be handled by Cainiao on Exound® Pro Audio's behalf.
